We strive for fairness and accuracy in our grading system. And we are committed to your success.

For webwork, there is no regrading due to the special grading treatment in Webwork.
For attendance points, there is no regrading. Attendance points will not be granted without a recorded sign-in, regardless of actual attendance.
For exams, we do not offer partial credits. We encourage students to review their work and the provided grading rubrics carefully before submitting a regrading request.

1. If you feel an error was made on a midterm, I invite you to submit a written request within one week of receiving your grade. The request should clearly explain the reason for the reevaluation, specifying any particular areas of concern. Please note that entire assignments or exams will be reevaluated.

2. Once a regrading request is submitted, the assignment will be reviewed by the instructor. Please be aware that upon reevaluation, the grade may stay the same, increase, or decrease. It's important to approach the regrading process with the understanding that it is meant to address potential grading errors and ensure fairness. It is not an avenue for negotiation of grades.

3. The outcome of the regrading request will be communicated to the student within two weeks from the submission of the request via GradeScope. The grade resulting from the re-evaluation will be considered final.

For exams, we provide one-time reflection point for each midterm, if you explain your errors or misunderstanding well to TA in the discussion sections by TA's standard.
