The certificate in inclusive teaching (CIT) is designed for graduate students or postdocs at any point in their teaching career and can be completed over the course of the participants’ graduate program at UCSB. The CIT modules center on DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility) topics as they intersect with instruction, pedagogy, curriculum building, and professional development. Participants’ completion of the certificate modules will be attested by a certificate of completion.
